Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Komfortive™, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. If you wish to cancel an order or return a product, please review the policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled by logging into your Shopify account and using the order management portal. This self-service process does not require contacting customer support.
- You may cancel your order before it is packed and shipped by contacting our Customer Care team via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method, typically processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
After Shipment / On Delivery:
- Orders dispatched from our warehouse cannot be canceled via the website.

If you choose to refuse delivery, the order will be returned to us and processed as a return under our Return Policy.
2. Returns (After Delivery)
- We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Certain categories are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. No-Questions-Asked Return
We stand by our promise: “Wear Comfort. Live Komfortive.”
- Within 7 days of delivery, you can return eligible products for a full refund, replacement, or exchange, without needing to provide a reason.
- Returns are processed through reverse pickup by our logistics partner.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, we may request you to ship the product to our designated return center.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within the 7-day return window for the same style, color, and price (subject to stock availability).

The same return process applies—please specify that you prefer an exchange when contacting Customer Care.
- If approved, we will provide a replacement for the damage/ exchange product within 2-3 days (we will deliver the product within 3-7 days)
5. Refund Processing
- After receiving your returned product, our quality team will inspect it.
- If the item meets our return conditions, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
