At Komfortive, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy to know how we process and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post etc..

  • The courier is automatically selected based on your delivery location to ensure the fastest possible service.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Retail Orders:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

    • A flat shipping fee of ₹79 is charged for orders below ₹999.

  • Wholesale Orders:

    • Shipping charges are based on weight, volume, and location. The cost will be communicated at the time of dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–9 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
    (Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festive seasons.)

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your package in real time.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care within 48 hours with photos of the package and product.

  • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
